FLASH2 - Eyes Wide Viapori
Impressing and outspoken light artThe light art biennale's second edition will be open to public November 1st to 10th 2019 in Suomenlinna fortress island of Helsinki, Finland.
FLASH2 - Eyes Wide Viapori is second exhibition in series of Flash Biennale, first one was in 2017.
This edition focuses into diversity and political aspects in light art. The exhibition spreads out to Unesco World Heritage fortresses, to venues usually closed to public.
Included in the program are also the lighting of the Viapori shipyard, art works of students of University of Arts (Nov. 8th to 10th) and guided tours in several languages. The light art café pampers the visitors, according to the opening times of the exhibition.

The exhibition is free of charge and is suitable for every age. The route is for the most part, but not fully, accessible. There are accessible toilets by the route. The Suomenlinna ferry operates approximately every 40 minutes to and from the island from Kauppatori.
